IT’S NOT OVER
I met Celeste at a Womens business organization called “Women Organizing Women”, co-founder Robin McCoy, when I too had my own business called “ Terri’s Tasty Cupcakes”. Her contagious enthusiasm and optimism brought JOY to everyone she met. Her heart for women and giving them resources to find hope brought her to where she is now. This picture is her ribbon cutting ceremony where she has now opened up her new business in Temecula, Ca. called “ Choose to be Restored”. As amazing as this is, that is not the story. It’s about the man standing next to her…her husband Roger. You see Roger is a miracle. He was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He wasn’t supposed to be standing next to her but he is. Everyone reacts differently when they hear “terminal cancer. For Celeste and Roger they reached out to their community and got on their knees, praying for a miracle. A few weeks ago Roger shared that his tumors were shrinking! IT”S NOT OVER. As Celeste has poured her life out to give HOPE to others, God gave her a miracle…This is what I call an Easter miracle. Do you need an Easter miracle? The disciples had lost all HOPE when they saw their Savior in the tomb. For three years they had been following Him and now it was all over. But God said “ IT’S NOT OVER”. Next week we will be celebrating the greatest miracle of all…the resurrection of Jesus.. He not only defeated death, He defeated EVIL, and we now can have a life with God, not just in eternity, but right now. Ask Celeste and Roger what they think about miracles and they will share the HOPE that only God can give us. We all know that there will be an end to all of our lives…but it’s what we do with the life God has given us that will matter in the end. Thank you Celeste and Roger for sharing this Easter miracle. May God continue to bless your endeavors and your life together . Praise God..praise God..praise God. Amen.
